A typical Hatha Yoga class with Kristina consists of concentration & meditation, deep relaxation, breathing exercises, and sustained postures organized in a slow, rhythmic flow. Gentle Yoga with Kristina consists of more restorative, less dynamic movements. Both classes are fit for the very beginner yogi, or the most advanced! Our goal in class is simply to slow down the mind, tune into the body and breath and eventually realize the body's subtle energy system.
